Position Objective: The Workshop Technician will assist in basic maintenance and servicing of the Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) vehicle fleet. This includes tasks such as brakes, tire rotations, alignments, and ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable. The role focuses on supporting the Workshop Supervisor and ensuring vehicles are ready for PEC activities. The Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) is a brand immersion destination for automobile enthusiasts. It offers the ability for guests of all ages to take in the heritage of the brand, experience the Porsche lifestyle and the thrill of the drive, allowing Porsche to build connections with people from all walks of life. Guests visit the PEC primarily to engage in driving experiences behind the wheel of a Porsche vehicle on a purpose-built driver development track. Primary Responsibilities: •Perform maintenance tasks on the PEC vehicle fleet, such as brakes, tire rotations, alignments, and cleaning vehicles. •Support the Workshop Supervisor in preparing vehicles for PEC activities. •Conduct inspections and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition for track and display purposes. •Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor to manage parts inventory, including ordering and returning parts as required. •Maintain detailed and accurate service records for all fleet vehicles. •Assist in preparing vehicles for PEC activities, including track events and customer experiences. •Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in the workshop. •Support warranty repairs, recalls, and service campaigns as directed by the Workshop Supervisor. •Operate both standard and automatic vehicles as required for testing and transport. •Follow workshop policies and procedures to maintain Porsche’s high-quality standards. •Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials in the workshop to ensure operational efficiency. •Communicate effectively with the Workshop Supervisor and other team members regarding vehicle statuses and repairs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering or Technical School Degree preferred, or equivalent Experience (Job and Industry): •3+ years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in luxury or performance vehicles. •Familiarity with Porsche vehicles or experience in a dealership/service center environment preferred. •Knowledge of workshop processes and diagnostic tools. Skills: •Strong mechanical and technical skills with attention to detail. •Ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive systems. •Excellent organizational and time-management skills. •Strong communication and teamwork abilities. •Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. •General computer skills (e.g., Dealer Management Systems, Microsoft Office). •Ability to work a flexible schedule •Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles. •English proficiency required; French or German is a plus. Instructors are responsible for ensuring that every guest leaves with an enhanced understanding of Porsche vehicles and a memorable driving experience. High-Performance Driving Instructor

Sport Driving Canada delivers dynamic and immersive driving experiences across the country for a range of clients and partners. From performance driving and product demonstrations to advanced training and specialty events, we are currently seeking high performance driving instructors to join our team and bring these programs to life. Position Objective: The High-Performance Instructor is responsible for coaching guests through advanced driving programs that go beyond basic car control. This role requires strong technical driving ability, motorsport-level awareness, and the communication skills to safely and effectively coach drivers at speed. Instructors must deliver an exceptional experience while maintaining the highest safety standards on track and during dynamic exercises. Primary Responsibilities: • Deliver one-on-one and group instruction focused on high-performance driving techniques • Lead guests through advanced driving exercises such as slalom, autocross, and braking • Facilitate controlled street drives when included in the program • Provide precise and constructive feedback to participants based on on-track and on-road performance • Conduct pre- and post-drive briefings in a manner that is clear, authoritative, and client-facing • Identify and manage safety risks in real time while maintaining program flow and guest engagement • Represent Sport Driving Canada with professionalism, technical expertise, and brand consistency • Assist with vehicle preparation, staging, and provide operational feedback to event staff Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a high-performance driving instructor, track coach, or race school trainer • Proven ability to coach drivers at speed in track or closed-course environments • Strong understanding of performance driving techniques, vehicle dynamics, and situational awareness • Confident instructing guests in high-value, high-horsepower vehicles • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor coaching style to various skill levels • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract • Bilingual in English and French preferred, depending on event location • Professional appearance and strong commitment to premium customer service standards Education: College or university education in Motorsport Management, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is considered an asset Experience: • Extensive experience in motorsport coaching, race instruction, or performance event delivery • Prior work with automotive manufacturers, premium brand events, or OEM product launches is a strong asset • Familiarity with racetrack operations, safety protocol, and guest pacing strategies How to apply: To apply, please send your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your high-performance instruction experience toHR@sportdriving.ca, with “High-Performance Instructor” in the subject line.
