Sport Driving Canada is currently seeking a full-time New Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our client’s team at the Porsche Experience Centre Toronto (PEC). Position Objective: The role of the New Vehicle Delivery Specialist will provide oversite and general management of the New Vehicle Delivery (NVD) process and customer journey at the Porsche Experience Centre Toronto. The NVD program delivers customers their new Porsche at the Experience Center, rather than at a dealership. The NVD Specialist will ensure the PEC NVD experience is best-in-class, centered around the guest and thorough in guest acclimatization with their new Porsche. This will be accomplished through detailed communication and follow-through of deliverables with all interdependent departments and groups, delivering and aligning the training concepts for NVD processes, general process coordination with all PEC teams and managing/updating the PEC Manual with close guidance from the PEC Operations Manager. The Porsche Experience Center (PEC) is a brand immersion destination for automobile enthusiasts. It offers the ability for guests of all ages to take in the heritage of the brand, experience the Porsche lifestyle and the thrill of the drive, allowing Porsche to build connections with people from all walks of life. Guests visit the PEC primarily to engage in driving experiences behind the wheel of a Porsche vehicle on a purpose-built driver development track. Primary Responsibilities: •Uphold and display first-class hospitality and a high standard of guest relations •Supervise and coordinate a team of 2-4 NVD Coaches and NVD detail team •Align New Vehicle Deliveries with PEC corporate and retail drive experience schedules •Frequent communication with Sales Operations to schedule-out vehicle deliveries •Resolve scheduling conflicts with Sales Operations and maintain seamless operation •Work with Customer Commitment to ensure customer satisfaction in any event •Organize and schedule NVDs by maintaining an open line of communication with external stakeholders (Sales Operation / Vehicle Transportation) as well as internal partners (Customer Experience Team / Drive Team / Workshop / Events Team / Food and Beverage) •Update and maintain booking calendar, including NVD booking holds daily •Notify various ports of vehicle needs and timeframe •Create and update Events Resumes to reflect individual NVD details • Maintain NVD coaches schedule and vehicle needs for drive team •Update coaches with customer information with goal of curating a personalized experience •Arrange catering and dining needs with Food & Beverage team •Maintain and report weekly KPIs •Present new vehicles in an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and flawlessness •Budget management •Maintain log of customer comments and responses •Efficient operations, cost savings and capacity increases are additional year over year goals •Ordering of all NVD related items - gifts and support supplies •Maintain, refine and optimize NVD program processes and procedures •Oversee exemplary guest journey experience from arrival to departure •Lead and coordinate training for new NVD coaches and coordinate continuous training •Assist NVD coach in ensuring all guests of the customer are always attended to •Provide top-tier technical and product support of vehicle deliveries – exceptional product knowledge •Be prepared and ready to provide facility tours, photograph individual deliveries, give behind-the-wheel safety and features demonstrations •Maintain customer contact •Remain point of contact for customers New Vehicle Delivery details Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or hospitality preferred, or equivalent work experience Experience (Job and Industry): •5+ years working in the automotive industry, preferably with track experience •Highly organized, target and customer-oriented mindset, works well without close supervision •Background and proficiency in delivering an exceptional guest/customer experience •Demonstrated safety procedures execution •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate both individuals and the overall team •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel and PowerPoint Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Highly organized, target oriented mindset, works well without close supervision • Ability to set and meet challenging deadlines • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the event schedules • Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles • General computer experience (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Database software) • The ability to foster positive and productive work relationships • English required, French strongly preferred, German a plus How to apply: If you are interested in applying for this position, please send your resume and cover letter to our HR department at HR@sportdriving.ca. Primary Responsibilities: Prior to PEC Opening: •Collaborate with the Chief Instructor and Drive Team Supervisor to develop training programs and safety protocols •Participate in the setup and testing of driving courses and vehicles •Support recruitment and training of additional Drive Instructor Team members Once PEC is Open: •Deliver premium driving experiences tailored to guest skill levels and interests •Conduct pre- and post-session safety briefings, providing clear instructions on vehicle handling and track dynamics •Monitor guest safety during all driving activities, ensuring adherence to PEC safety standards and Porsche brand protocols •Demonstrate exceptional driving skills and provide real-time coaching to guests on improving their driving techniques •Collaborate with the Vehicle Logistics team to ensure vehicles are prepared and assigned correctly for each session •Participate in special events, media sessions, and promotional activities requiring Drive Team expertise •Provide technical insights on vehicle performance and features to enhance guest understanding of Porsche engineering •Maintain detailed logs of guest feedback and vehicle performance to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives •Support the development and execution of bespoke programs for corporate, retail, and VIP clients Qualifications: Education: •Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Hospitality, or related fields preferred; equivalent experience may be considered Experience (Job and Industry): •5+ years of professional driving instruction experience is required, with a strong preference for performance driving backgrounds •Demonstrated experience in track environments, including high-performance and advanced driver training •In-depth knowledge of Porsche vehicles, driving dynamics, and track etiquette. •Prior experience in customer-facing roles delivering high-end service Skills: •Exceptional driving skills with a valid driver’s license; ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles •Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. •Advanced knowledge of vehicle dynamics, performance engineering, and safety procedures •Excellent organizational and time-management skills. •Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the event schedules •Proficiency in using software tools to record guest feedback and vehicle data. •English required; French strongly preferred, German a plus How to apply: If you are interested in applying for this position, please send your resume and cover letter to our HR department at HR@sportdriving.ca.
